Sony ST-S333ESXII search eBay
Rarely seen in the U.S., the ST-S333ESXII was the European version of the ST-S730ES. Our contributors Tim and Ann report: "We have an ST-S333ESXII and an ST-S730ES and they are virtually identical on the outside, and the user manual that came with the ST-S333ESXII is an international one labeled as the manual for the 'ST-S333ESXII/ST-S730ES.' What's even more interesting is that the performance specs in this manual for this dual-labeled tuner are slightly better than the specs for our American market ST-S730ES. In our system, the ST-S333ESXII is actually a better tuner than our ST-S730ES - the ST-S333ESXII is a really close second to the Macs in sound quality, and just as good as the McIntosh MX 117 and Hitachi FT-5500MKII for DXing. This leaves us wondering if Sony somehow cheapened the ST-S730ES for the U.S. market. We've not done an A/B of the ST-S333ESXII vs. one of our ST-J75s. Sony also made an ST-S333ESG [mostly $75-150 on eBay - Editor] and an ST-S333ESGII in their ES series line of tuners (we have seen several of each on eBay), but they have a different external design than the ST-S333ESXII and the ST-S730ES and poorer performance specs." The ST-S333ESXII usually sells for $125-210 on eBay.
소니의 유명한 중급 모델입니다. 구하기 힘든 모델인데 잘 구하신것 같네요.
백만원대 이상 모델 가지 않는 이상 튜너 자체를 더 업글해봤자 더 나아질 건 없어보입니다.
혹시 100V가 아니고 220V라면 유럽형이라서 디엠페시스 조정을 하면 더 나은 소리가 될 겁니다.
(납땜질 하시면 직접하실 수도 있는데 왠만하면 전문가에게 맡기시는게 났습니다. 이때 미세조정도 의뢰하는게 좋습니다. 튜너는 다 좋은데 자꾸 조정이 틀어지는게 골치입니다. 디지털 튜너는 좀 덜하겠지만요.)
스펙트럼 DX-1 안테나도 좋은데 실외에 설치하면 고생하신 만큼 더 좋은 소리로 보답할 것 같네요.
실내안테나로는 수신상태나 세밀한 음질이 좋을 수가 없습니다.
