Awesome PC

This computer is Greased Lighting In A Case. 
I'm retired. My Grandkids like to play games on our computer when the visit. They always complained about how slow our old computer was. They visited us this past weekend. They didn't wanna go back home. I guess they love the speed and being able to play their favorite games on it. We like it for basic Home duties and its unreal speed for what we do. Never realized what we were missing out on. Also, I watched one of them playing some sort of war game, I was impressed by how cool the graphics were, made me wish I knew how to play as good as they do.

Greased Lighting

I love this PC. I switched out the RTX 2080 for a RTX 2080ti and I'm playing 4k games at 60 fps, easy. I am also a doctoral student and I do a lot of intense researching. The PC keeps up, it's quick, and never slows down. It is a great PC.

Great PC

The pc is great. Built to my specs so it does everything I want it too. Unfortunately the "help desk" is not helpful. These towers do not come with manuals. Nor are there any online. I called the help desk to find the switch to turn off the led lights. After a long convo of what the tower didn't have (like a remote), I was told they just weren't suppose to turn off on this model. Oh, and there was also a protective film, inside the casing, where it cannot be detached. That was a pain to get out. Lots of places build PCs to spec. I don't know that I would buy from here again.

Great PC.....but.....

I ordered this the other week and was pretty excited for it.

It arrived today. First Thing I notice it while it was packed with foam inserts, they weren't even covering the desktop on one side due to how they were packed.  So immediately I'm thinking uh oh.

Fingers crossed, I unpack it and open the side to take the foam out from inside the case. Immediately see 1) sometime is not plugged in, which I dont know is valid or not and 2)the graphics card is bent out and not plugged into the socket (but still attached with screws).

Long story short, even though I got this one sale receiving it damaged like this is not promising. I assume it happened during shipping, but the whole thing just gives an impression of poor quality. I will try to exchange with better luck.

Got this PC on sale for a good price
It took 3 weeks to arrive when they said it woukd take 1.5 weeks which got me frustrated.

But then the PC arrived and it was packaged very securely which made me think everything is fine but nope went to go take out the foam from the inside and something was missing, they forgot 1 key component of the PC the graphics card yup the one thing i needed most and it wasnt there so thanks walmart.
Instead of shipping me the misisng part they offered me a refund not even a replacment just a refund really sucky
