파손된 에버리지를 받았다가 당일에 완전 깨졌던 상황입니다.
담당자와 이메일로 잘 협의를 끝내서 UPS 직배송으로 발송 3일만에 받았습니다.
대인배답게 알딜라 샤프트가 꼽혀있는 굿~베리굿 정도의 양품이 왔고, 렌치와 유니버셜 커버도 또 주네요. ㅎㅎ 역시 대인배.
원래 에버리지에 GBB 헤드커버가 왔었어서 다행입니다.
너무 개이득인가요? ㅎㅎ;; 전화위복이네요.
에버리지 가격에 굿 헤드, 샤트프 2개가 생겨버린...

혹시 이같은 경우에 참고하시라고 짧은 영어지만 이메일 주고 받은 거 올립니다.

Yes, we can. Unfortunately I do not have a replacement with the same Kuro Kage shaft. I have a replacement in a Aldila Rogue I/O 60 shaft, if that will work? Or I can just refund you for the defective club.

I have a replacement that I can send out if you would like. There is no need to send us back the damaged driver as you are in south korea.

Hello,

I have sent E-mail three times to support@callawaygolfoutlet.com, but nobody haven't check it yet during 2 days.
So, I E-mail you again for my case.
I have ordered GBB driver (average) on 16.Aug and received yesterday (28.Aug), because I live in Korea(South).
When I opened the package I found some cracks on head of driver. (attached pictures no.1~2)
So I was very disappointed about its condition, I thought that is not a product to sell.
After 1 hour, I went to golf practice range and swung several times (about 4~5 times), GBB's head was broken like a can. (attached pictures no.3~5)
Please reply back to me, how you can handle this case, ASAP.
I want to say that again, I'm very disappointed...

Please note that I live in Korea, so that is hard and expensive to send back to US.
We normally use Shipping Agency from US to Korea. But I don't want to wait again...
