락바텀 메일.... 어떻게 대응해야 하나요?

요 며칠 락바텀에서 골프공, 우드 등 2건의 물건을 주문하였습니다.
골프공은 27일
우드는 29일
아래와 같은 내용으로 이메일이 오네요.
 
구글 번역기 돌려보니 청구서 주소, 배송 주소, 전화번호, 카드회사 전화번호를 이메일로 보내라는 내용이네요.
이런 메일은 처음이라 어떻게 응대를 해야 하는지 궁금합니다.
캘러웨이프리오운드, 이베이, 아마존 등에서 직구했을때에는 이런 종류의 메일이 오지 않고 물건 잘 받았습니다.
 
주문시 청구서 주소 및 배송주소는 배대지 주소로 입력했고, 전화번호도 배대지 전화번호를 입력했습니다.
두 물품 모두 아직 ship되지 않은 상태입니다.
 
아래 사항이 확인되지 않으면 주문이 취소된다는데 어떻게 해야 하는지 궁금합니다.

This order has been flagged by our fraud prevention team for review as OUR bank put a flag on it requiring us to review it.  Before we can process your order, we need to verify your information.  Please provide us with the below unsecured information:
 
1)  Your billing address
2)  Your shipping address
3)  The telephone number on file with your bank or credit card company
4)  The customer service telephone number of your credit card company or bank. (found on the back of your card)


We need to  call your financial institution and verify your information & do a standard merchant verification check before we can process the order.  This is an essential step that we take to maintain the safety of our transactions that protects both our customers and us.  We are not able to bypass this process.

 

If you do not feel comfortable giving the unsecured information via email (this is a secured email server) you can call 877-540-4653 and provide that information to one of our customer service representatives during regular business hours which are:  Monday - Friday from 9am-3pm EST.

 

We must hear back from you & be able to verify this order with your bank within 48 hours or the order will be cancelled. Please note this email may show a solved status, but this only means the email was sent successfully.  We still need to hear back from you.

billing 어드레스나 전화번호는 한국 주소 넣으세요. 거기에 배대지 넣으셔서 문제된걸거에요

이메일로 회신해봐야겠습니다.

적어서 이메일 회신하니까 다음날 ship 되었어요.

4번이 문제가 된 것일까요?
이런 경우가 처음이라 당황스럽네요

1) 한국 본인 주소 (카드사나 은행에 등록 된) => 배대지로 적으심 "안"됩니다.
2) 배대지 주소
3) 카드사나 은행에 등록된 본인 전화 번호
4) 카드사 전화번호

예전에 저와 같은 상황이네요. 전 기존것 취소하고 페이팔로 결제했었습니다. 페이팔이 제일 낫더라구요

빌링어드레스는 말그대로 신용카드에 등재되어 있는 주소를 영문으로 변경해서 보내주면 되구요.
배대지를 적어서 문제가 된듯 합니다.

paypal 로 결재하면 이런 일이 생기지 않아요~

크레딧카드로 결제했습니다.
지금까지 캘프, 이베이, 아마존 주문시에는 이런 일이 없었는데 락바텀만 이렇네요. ^^
