락바텀에서 공을 사볼까 하고 주문을 넣었는데 신한카드로 결제했더니 이런 메일을 보내주네요

신핰카드에는 해외주소등록 서비스가 없는것 같은데요

페이팔도 계정이 막혀서 다시 만들기 귀찮아서 그냥 카드로 했더니

이렇게 되어버렸네요
