어제 락바텀 주문을 완료하고 오더 컨펌 메일을 받았는데요

(국내 신용카드로 결제)

 

오늘 메일이 와서 신용카드 정보 등 검증을 해야한다고 하면서

48시간 내에 소명이 안되면 주문을 취소한다고 하는것 같습니다. ^^;;

(번역기로 돌려봤는데도 내용이 참 어렵네요)

 

수령지와 빌링 어드레스는 배대지로 같게 했구요..

 

페이팔로 재결제 해야할까요? 도움 부탁드립니다. ㅠㅠ

Thank you for your order placed however the order has been flagged for manual verification which is why I'm contacting you (you can confirm the order is held up in this status if you view the order status of it on the website).  In order to maintain e-commerce security and do our due-diligence to protect our customers & ourselves we need to verify the information entered into the order with your credit card company by doing a Verbal Merchant Verification Check.  Its important to note the reason the order was flagged could be a variety of reasons; we're not at liberty to disclose what flags we or the issuing bank have internally, however typically it is due to a mismatch of information entered in.  When you placed the order, our payment processor pinged your banks processor & the result came back with a flag(s) meaning something wasn't a full match or raised concern.  The information I need is not secured; we would never ask for secured information.  If youd like me to proceed with trying to verbally verify this order, I will need: 

 
1) Your billing address registered with the credit card.  If your registered billing address is what was entered into the order, just let us know.  You do not need to re-type it for me. 
 
2)  Your telephone number registered with your bank.  Again, if this matches what was entered in the order; just let us know. 
 
3)  The Toll-Free Customer Service Phone Number on the back of the credit card, usually this is a 1-800 number.
 
After we receive this, we'll call the bank & if the bank approves, well release the order immediately for processing.  If not & the flag(s) still remain and/or we are not able to obtain the verification required, we will have to cancel the order. 
 
If preferred, you can call 877-540-GOLF.  A CSR/Sales Rep will take the information & pass it along to my team.
 

Again, we can only hold the order for 48 hours afterwhich it will be voided. **If an order is voided, there is no way to reinstate it.  If a promo or an item was on sale and the order was cancelled; we will cannot backdate a new order placed to match those past prices.

직구를 하고부터 몇번이나 신용카드 해외부정사용이 생겨 페이팔이 의심되어
안하려고 했는데 페이팔 다시 해야겠군요 ^^;;

 3)  The toll free 800 number on the back of your credit card.
 -> +82-1544-7000 (카드사사번호, 예시는 신한카드기준)
