6일에 배송시작됐다는거랑 통관부호 보내라고 해서 보내놓고 오겠지 하고 기다리고 있었는데
오늘 보니 아무 움직임도 없더라구요...
그래서 아이파슬쪽에 메일로 트래킹넘버랑 통관번호 같이 보내면서 언능 보내달라고 했더니만
이런 답변이 왔네용.
Thanks so much for reaching out. I've checked into your shipment and it doesn't look like we ever received the actual package from Amazon. They did give us some details on it letting us know the order was placed on 7/5/16 and it was on the way but it never reached us.
I'm sorry there's not a lot more we can do for you right now as the retailer handles getting the shipment to us, your best next steps would be to reach out to Amazon and let them know it doesn't seem to have been shipped.
