일요일날 독일 amazon에서 aptamil이라는 분유를 구입했습니다. 그런데 필요가 없어서 아마존에서 취소를 할려고 하는데 이 제품은 취소할 수 없는 제품이라고 나와서 amazon에 return label을 요청하는 메일을 보냈습니다. 그런데 아래와 같이 답변이 왔습니다...내용상은 환불해줄때니 반품하지 말고 알아서 처리하라는 내용같은데 맞나요?? Thank you for writing to Amazon.de.

You can view completed refunds information by visiting "Mein Konto"( http://www.amazon.de/mein-konto). Please click on "Meine Bestellungen" and sign in with your e-mail address and password. Then click on "Bestelldetails anzeigen " for the relevant order. The refund information will be visible under the heading "Gutschriften" at the bottom of the order's summary page.
