안녕하세요? 고수님들~

 

일주 전에 BuyDig에서 LG 65UH9500을 직구하였는데요. TV 직구는 처음이라 당황스럽네요.

verify@buydig.order-verification.com ​라는 메일주소로 아래와 같은 메일이 왔습니다.

맞는지 모르겠지만 신분증과 신용카드의 양면을 칼라스캔해서 보내달라고 하는 것 같은데요.

TV를 구매해 보신 분들 중에 이런 걸 요구하는 메일을 받았는지와 받았다면 어떻게 처리하셨는지 알려주세요.

어떻게 해야 되나요?

Thank you for your recent order!

Your funds have now been approved by your bank, but since this is a larger order, additional verification is required to ensure the transaction is authorized by the Card Holder. Your bank is not authorized to divulge any information so we cannot verify your address and identity.

Therefore, we request that you kindly reply to this email with COLOR copies of: 

1) Government issued Photo I.D.
2) Both sides of all credit cards used
- please block out the middle 4 numbers of the card.

Please understand that, as a merchant, we are liable for any fraudulent transactions. If an order is placed using a credit card without authorization from the card holder, the bank would eventually ask the merchant to return the funds (even after the product shipped).
