안녕하세요.
2주전 마이클 코어스에서 어머님 지갑과 가방을 주문하였습니다.
주문과정에서 가방은 배송으로 넘어갔고, 지갑은 주문 취소가 되었습니다.
결제는 가방과 지갑 가격모두 결제되었구요.
기다리면 지갑가격이 취소 승인나서 들어오겠지했지만 아직까지 들어오지않아
문의 메일을 보내고 다음과 같은 답변을 받았습니다.
평소처럼 구글번역에 도움을 받았지만, 정확히 무슨소리인지 이해가 안가 도움을 요청드립니다.

취소에 5-7일 걸리는데 온라인으로 취소하는 경우 더 걸릴수도 있다는말 같습니다.
