뉴에그 변팔 결제시 취소될 때 주소 확인

뉴에그에서 변팔로 결제했는데 자꾸 아래와 같이 결제가 취소되어서

(Occasionally due to complications that arise during the verification process, not every order is able to be processed when our system detects an error. ​)

 

문의를 했더니 페이팔 주소와 배송지 주소를 일치시킬 때 대소문자가 달라도 안된다고 하네요.

주소를 복붙으로 똑같이 했더니 결제가 되었어요.

I am happy to assist you. The refund will take 3-5 business days to process. You will only be allowed to ship the order to the billing address on the credit card that's associated with the PayPal account. This address is called a “Confirmed Shipping Address” and is the only address Newegg will ship to. The address on the order must match the confirmed address (exact spelling, capitalization and abbreviation).
