안녕하세요
지난번 해외핫딜에 올라온 기타히어로 2팩 짜리를 한국 직배로 주문했었습니다
카드승인문자는 와있는 상태에서 판매자측에서 캔슬을 놓았습니다
아마존측에 라챗으로 판매자가 캔슬을 했다고 하니
판매자측에 알아보더니 한국직배가 곤란한경우가 많아서 캔슬을 했다고 하더라구요
그렇다면 제가 환불을 해달라고 하니 은행쪽에 아직 돈이 묶여있는거니 걱정하지 말라고 하던데...
카드사 홈페이지에서 카드결제내역을 검색했을 땐 여전히 승인은 되어있고 취소가 안되어있거든요ㅠㅠ
이럴 경우엔 어떻게 해야하나요?
